Save on postage and eliminate late or missed payments with our automatic payment programs. Members can make arrangements pay their bill electronically by authorizing the co-op to deduct the amount of their monthly bill from their bank account.
Your payments will be made automatically, on time, every time. With this program you will continue to receive a monthly statement. The authorization will remain in effect until an account is removed from auto-draft.
In the event that a payment cannot be made to to insufficient funds, a service charge may be imposed.
You should allow up to two billing cycles for automatic payments to begin. You will need to watch your bill to know when the automatic payment setup is complete. It is in effect when you see "Draft Schedule MM/DD" in the area next to your use graph on the upper portion of your bill. If you disagree with your bill, please call Jo-Carroll Energy at least five days before the bill's due date.
