Member’s students who are entering their sophomore or junior year in high school can win an all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. to represent Jo-Carroll Energy on the "Rural Electric Youth to Washington Tour." Selected students will spend a week in the nation's capital during the month of June. The trip will enrich the participant's education by visiting Congress, touring historical sights and learning about their local cooperative and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association.
