Jo-Carroll Energy conducts safety demonstrations for schools, fire departments, farm safety and businesses throughout Jo-Daviess and Carroll Counties. This demo covers a variety of safety issues including, power line awareness, oil circuit re-closers, causes of blinking lights, car accidents and poles, downed wire hazards, kite strings and live wires, birds and raccoon demonstrations, Mylar balloons.

The program proves to be a success, and should be beneficial for all of the students. This spring, Jo-Carroll Energy hopes to bring the same program to other schools in our member service area.
